- Your property is guaranteed until completion by an approved surety company.
- If, for any exceptional reason, construction does not get underway, you will receive a full refund of all sums paid.

- Decennial warranty 10 years of protection for the structure and essential elements of the building.
- Biennial warranty 2 years for equipment.
These guarantees are provided by law and cannot be modified or cancelled. We can even go a step further with additional ten-year insurance for even greater security.

- We keep you regularly informed of progress, step by step.
- There are penalties for unjustified delays.
4. Total price transparency
- Sales prices are clearly defined from the outset, as is the applicable VAT rate.
- Only construction costs can be indexed; the price of the land is fixed from the moment of signature.

The Chambre Immobilière monitors compliance with the charter, and can impose sanctions in the event of non-compliance. This is an additional guarantee of seriousness and reliability.
