The Bridge is the first building in Luxembourg to be certified "CARBON FOOTPRINT NEUTRAL". the environmental footprint mastered.

Our commitment to the environment is indeed at the heart of our project : a hybrid wood-concrete construction method make The Bridge a real example, a pioneer in Luxembourg in terms of environmental awareness applied to office real estate.

To further its environmental commitment, Eaglestone has chosen to invest in a local project to restore a degraded forest stand covering an area of approximately 18 hectares, the equivalent of 18 soccer fields in cooperation with the Office National des Forêts. This is to offset the carbon impact of the project as closely as possible.

Our commitment also applies to the well-being and health of the future occupants of The Bridge by obtaining the following certifications BREEAM Excellent and WELL BUILDING Gold (in pre-certification).

The "reduce" stage of the "measure - reduce - compensate" process provided for by the "Carbon Footprint Neutral" certification made it possible to reduce by more than 20% of the total the initial carbon footprint of the project.
